What is POTD?
POTD (Player of the Day) picks the standout performer from that day’s real international match and releases a special card reflecting their performance — as early as 05:00 the next day. You obtain it from the Lottery Contract rewarded by the AI-match event “International Cup Day” (and with coins after the event ends).
The World Cup’s “man of the day” is playable the next day — pure real-time appeal. The target players change daily, so grab who you want within the 48-hour window.

POTD is obtained via the “Lottery Contract”. The flow from earning it to claiming a player:

Entry Requirements
To enter the AI-match event you must place 23 players of a chosen national team’s nationality into your Game Plan. Eligible nations rotate daily — examples include:
